La Provençal - sleeps up to 6 — Near Constans, Valroufié

La Provençal is one of two gites set in 2.5 acre hilltop gardens in the hills of a national park 8 minutes from Cahors.

It sleeps a max of 6 people in a double bedroom, a twin room and a double sofabed in the living room (or in the twin bedroom if you prefer). The twin beds can be joined to form a very large double.

The open plan living/dining room has seating for six, a widescreen TV with English freeview and French channels, a DVD player, a stereo with ipod dock and a games console with a selection of games.

The fitted kitchen is separated from the main living area by an oak-topped bar. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster and all the glasses, cutlery and crockery you could need.

The shower room was refurbished in Nov 2015 and now features a wide, fully-filed walk-in shower, a washbasin set in storage with two drawers, an electric towel rail and toilet.

A side door leads to a terrace for this gite which enjoys fantastic views, a pergola, BBQ and a table and chairs.

Bedrooms have fans and hairdryers are provided. Bedding and towels are provided - inclduing pool towels from the end of May.

The 11x4 m saltwater swimming pool with terrace and commanding views, sunloungers, a solar shower and table tennis table is shared with the second gite and the owners who use it late pm on hot days. The 2.5 acre hilltop gardens include many places inwhich to relax and a childrens play area with wendy house, swings, slides, a sandpit and a trampoline.


Open all year, this gite has all you need for cooler evenings with oil-fired radiators, an electric towel rail in the shower room and a woodburner.
